Health and fitness have been my passion for a long time. I battled with addiction and an eating disorder early on in my life. I needed a way out and turned to lifting weights as my therapy and my coping mechanism and before I knew It, I was hooked on a new, healthier addiction. I loved the adrenaline and the way I felt after each session. I pushed myself more and more every week, I even cried a few times because it felt easier to go back to the life I lived before, than to put myself through this. The motivation wasn't always there, and I did not have a support system, so I had to rely on discipline and on why I started. With each new program I was progressively lifting heavier , my form was improving , my body was changing , my eating disorder was no longer a part of who I
am and neither was my drug addiction and I wanted to keep striving towards and even bigger goal , to become a personal trainer and nutritionist to help those who need the accountability , a mentor or even a friend. I have used training as an outlet for my mental health, and it has done wonders- mentally and physically. I place extreme emphasis on educating myself and my clients, day in and day out, so not only are you able to get amazing results with my programs - you're also understanding each process and how it affects YOU.
